- All prices are listed in US Dollars.
- You may be responsible for sales tax within your state, please check with your state taxing authority. Applicable sales tax for the State of Florida does apply and will be clearly displayed during checkout.
- Orders are not binding until payment has been accepted and verified.
- Shipping is free for orders over $3,000.00. An additional $400.00 freight charge may apply if the distance is greater than 1800 miles from Ohio zip code. 44626.
- We do not ship on major US holidays.
- All sales are final for the All Wood Cabinetry or fully assembled cabinets.
- We recommend purchasing a door sample prior to purchasing, different web browsers show the colors differently online.
- Shipping is refundable if we ship the wrong item.
- Shipping is refundable if the item arrives damaged.
- If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, you may return it within 15 days of receipt, a 20% restocking fee may apply. No returns accepted on fully assembled cabinets.
- Returns for credit must be returned in the condition in which they arrived and in their original packaging.
- Before returning, you must first obtain a return authorization within 10 days of delivery. Request an RA# by contacting Sales@extremekitchen.net
- Once your item is received a refund will be issued through PayPal to the credit card used to make the original purchase within 3 business days.
- Damaged Shipments: No problem. Keep original packaging and contents for inspection. Email a photo of the damaged item to Debra@extremekitchen.net and your replacement item will be sent as soon as possible.
- Freight Line Shipments: You must have specific visual damage noted on all copies of the freight bill or bill of lading (Note: Unopened boxes subject to inspection on bill of lading). Email photos of the damage or Contact Debra at 863 678 3652, to arrange product replacement. Your replacement will be shipped as soon as possible.
- A 20% restocking fee will apply to cabinets, islands,& vanities returned for any reason other than damage.
What information do we collect?
We collect information from you when you order or register on our site. You will be asked to enter your name, address, phone number, email address. You can checkout with any major credit card through our secure site (you will see the "https" in your address bar to verify the security.) Or you will be redirected to a secure site to checkout with either PayPal or Google Checkout depending on which option you choose.

To personalize your experience, improve customer service, process transactions, and send periodic emails regarding new products or promotional sales.
Do we disclose any information to outside parties?
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise disclose or transfer your personally identifiable information to outside parties. Your credit card numbers and verification codes are not retained, therefore you may be required to re-enter this information again each time you checkout.
