Just wanted you to see my old kitchen cabinets I had already painted and done flooring before I decided to get cabinets, so I put before and after. The cabinets came in and we finished up everything and wanted to show you if anyone ever thinks they can't do cabinets in a mobile home you can and make it look like a house thanks for taking all the time and helping me with everything. Have recommended you to others to order from you. I may call on you sometime later for some more cabinets for my laundry room.

This unsolicited report of my experience working with you is a praise that will likely be on of the very few among the vast letters of constructive criticism that I’m likely to send out this year. I was not able to reach my regular contact for RTA (Ready To Assemble) cabinets, so I went on the internet and started looking. Seemed as though I wanted no pressboard, dovetail joints, metal drawer guides, and solid wood fronts, 10-day max lead time, and free shipping. I wasn’t sure if any place offered this entire combination, but quickly was able to find ExtremeKitchen. As a business person, I couldn’t figure out how you would be able to meet such a promise at a price that was lower than anything else that I found. I was suspicious. After giving my credit card number, I even Googled your company for bad reports / fraud. It seemed too good to be true. It gets better. When I first put together my list, I found one cabinet that I thought mismarked. You answered the phone after hours and immediately had it corrected on line. I asked for a particular kind of invoice for my records and you had it to me quickly. Tracking was given to me as promised and the cabinets arrived earlier than promised. I think it was 6 business days. Every cabinet was perfect with all screws lining up. The hardware and screws weren’t cheapened at any point. The packaging was brilliant. Even the delivery service was superior with calling ahead and giving us someone who even helped us to the house with the boxes. What topped it all was when I needed you in a pinch because we weren’t sure if a particular box went with the set. You answered the phone immediately and knew by a quick description that it did belong. Not sure how you knew so quickly, but you were available and accurate when I needed you to be. The cabinets are of higher quality than those in high-end homes I’ve been in recently. The drawers even have some sort of high tech automatic self closing system. There are 2 notes I would like to make. The upper cabinets include small metal straps that somehow secure the sides – little mention is made in the instructions about this straps and, intuitively, the only way that I can see them working will put the screws in a place that would keep the cabinets from going flush to the wall – so we just secured each cabinet’s side as we went along with a small screw into the wall. Not a big deal at all. Next, there was no mention of how the drawers are supposed to stay together. Being that there was no mention of it, we assumed that the creative metal guides serve this purpose – a great design, but some mention would be helpful. Each cabinet took an average of 45 minutes for assembly. Maybe up to an hour if any distractions occur. Considering my savings, I don’t know if my hourly time was ever worth so much! I’ve stopped telling people that I had my entire kitchen shipped to my home for under $2,000 including delivery. It only makes them doubt the quality of the cabinets. Please see the photos attached. This product and service that you offer will allow me to make upgrades to our other homes that I have previously ruled out because of prohibitive costs. Thanks for a quality and service that is above and beyond what I thought would be fair.

Yesterday the guys finished the back splash. The kitchen looks so good now. I cannot believe how different it is from the old kitchen. I would not recognize it. The local cabinet dealers tried to steer me away from purchasing an entire line of kitchen cabinets on-line referring to several horror stories. My story is a great one! Debra, The butcher block top along with the new hardware arrived today. Added it to the kitchen island and it looks fantastic!!! We have an old marble slab that was in the kitchen of Betty's parents that we placed on top of the butcher block. Brings back lots of memories and fits in well with the island. Is there any thing we need to use to condition the butcher block or is soap and water good enough to keep it maintained? Thanks again. Quality products. Timely deliveries. Exceptional service. I have all the cabinets built and they look wonderful and were simple to put together. I have to say I was nervous about purchasing online but you guys made things easy at a great price. I have shown them to many of my friends who are starting remodels and they are very impressed also. The only issue was touchup kit was missing from the order, could you ship me one?

The corbels I ordered a few months ago were finally installed last week and they were way too ornate for the area I used the in, but these look like they will do just fine. I just want to thank you and Extreme Kitchen & Bath for the amazing Lyn Design kitchen island that I purchased from you in late April. It is just magnificent, solidly built, and show stopping design. I added a Silestone top to complete the "wow" factor. I was also impressed with how easily you made the sale and delivery in lightning speed! Delivering to the ferry that travels to this small island community often brings expected logistical challenges. However, you and FedEx came through with ease, to my amazement! Wanted to let you know we rec'd the island on Tuesday. We had just ordered it on Friday. What service!!!! We love it. The only hiccup was that FedEx delivered it from a semi with one driver. A neighbor had to assist us getting it from the truck to the kitchen. If I had been alone I don't know how that island would have made it into the kitchen. One other thing you might want to be aware of is that I didn't receive the CHECKOUT COMPLETED FORM in my email. My computer sent it to the "Junk" folder where I eventually found it. I will definitely recommend your company to others in the future. You are very good at what you do.

I had to laugh. I read this e-mail Wednesday afternoon and didn't get a chance to look up the tracking activity because I was so busy at work. Don't you know I came home for lunch yesterday, and my package was waiting at my door. After I finished doing a little dance & cheer, I opened the box and did another dance & cheer. The corbels are just beautiful. They were very well packed. Today, my builder came to the work site and when I told him the corbels came in, he couldn't believe it. He couldn't wait to come by and see them. He was as excited as I was and wanted your contact information. Once I know what else we will be needing, I'll be placing another order. I can't praise your business enough. Great quality, great price, great service, and quick delivery. What more could anybody ask for?

When my kitchen utensil drawer decided it wanted to fall out of the cabinet and land in the floor, I found that the glide bracket had broken and the drawer would no longer stay in place. I found the name of the cabinet manufacturer and went to the internet for answers. The Cabinet Company gave the email address of Extreme Kitchen and Bath Inc as their distributor and cabinet manufacturer. I called them and talked to Debra Sharrow, who was more than helpful in solving my dilemma. She sent the needed glide brackets, which we have installed and are happily using the cabinet again.

I picked the order at freight terminal . They called me about 10:30a.m. monday early afternoon, tuesday and I rented a truck and picked the shipment early afternoon. I was impressed how fast the cabinets got here.
